What is the
Quality of your shirts?
Your order will be of the highest
Quality available. Small through 3X Black and White shirts are 50/50 cotton poly blend. The reason for 50/50 is so the shirt won't
shrink and it won't require ironing. The 4X through 10X shirts are
either 50/50 or 100% cotton. Whatever is available is the rule.
Searching for these sizes is not an easy task. Our suppliers are the
best in the business. We NEVER use seconds or B grade shirts. All shirts come with a
100% guarantee.

How do I use the
Shopping Cart?
The shopping cart is as easy to
use as it looks. First, pick a size and style of the shirt. If you
scroll down the "Select Size" list, you'll come to the
Sweatshirts. Then you can choose a color from the next scroll. The
default color is already shown. If the default color is White, there
will be a 1.00 charge for a color. Then you get to choose the Front or
the Back or Both (F & B - 4.00 more). Some designs are F & B
Only and will not be a choice. To order a print for the back which is
different from the front, order the shirt with the FRONT DESIGN FIRST.
Then locate the design for the BACK and put in the cart by scrolling
all the way down the "Select Size". Then select Back as your
placement choice. Then just include a "note" telling us
what's up. Finally you get to choose how many you'd like. This
number can be changed before submitting your order unless the design
has been discontinued. For more info on this, click

Do you have a catalog?
We do have a catalog. This web
site is it. We won't be printing any more paper catalogs because the
designs change too often. It's just not cost effective to print
something that could be out of date within a month or two. The site
could be changed in a matter of minutes. Feel free to print our pages
to show to friends.

How do I
see your pictures better?
Any time you want to get a closer
look at a design, just click on the picture. It will
take you to a page with a larger view. To get back to where you came
from, click on the "Go Back" button on your browser.

Do you accept Credit Cards
We only accept Credit Cards
through PayPal. PayPal is the number one
internet payment service. We've been with them from the beginning and it's been flawless. If your willing to put a Credit Card
number over the net, you can't have a safer place to store it than
PayPal. And now, by accepting customers from over 25 countries, nearly

Can I mail you a Money Order or a
Check?
We do accept payment through the
mail for those of you who still don't need or want the ease of
PayPal . Just fill your shopping cart and select
"Pay By Check". Print the invoice page and mail it with your payment to:

Money Orders may be made
payable to TenBucTees.
Money Orders will get your
order in the rotation immediately. Personal checks will be held 14
days to clear before your order is shipped. There
are no exceptions to this. You may fund your account at PayPal

Where is your store?
Your here. The internet is the
only way of dealing with TenBucTees. The overhead saved on not
having an actual storefront is passed on to you in the form of low prices
for quality shirts. If you live in the Western NY area and you'd
like to pick up your shirt, you may do so by calling 716-823-0569.

Can you make me a custom design?
Sure we can, but don't do this
for everyone. We deal with Bars, Restaurants, Bowling Alleys,
Bingo Halls, etc. in the Western NY area. If your looking for
shirts for a business, club or organization, and your not in the
Buffalo area, my advice would be to look in the phone book. To make
custom designs you have to spend a lot of time with the customer on
a one to one basis to make sure they get exactly what they need. The
emails and downloads don't compare to personal service. Most shirt
companies charge about the same. Ask around your area for the best
deal. We also believe in keeping your local businesses alive by
giving them yours.
We do, however, offer a unique
service for those of you who only need one special shirt. You may
send a JPEG, Bitmap or Photograph to have put on a T-shirt or Sweatshirt. To do

Do you use transfers?
As a matter of fact, they are.
Almost ALL Novelty T-shirt shops use transfers. We get our transfers from a few different places. I've been dealing with them
for years and have never run into any problems with the life of the
print. These are professional, high quality prints. They're pressed
on the shirt at 380 degrees under high pressure. They will last as
long as you don't iron the print. We also recommend washing the shirt
inside out, but it's not absolutely necessary. All my products
come with a 100% guarantee. Of course, if you return a shirt with an
iron mark in the print, I'll just laugh and email all my customers,
again, about the incident.

Do you have wholesale pricing?
Take another look at my prices
page. If your looking for quantity discounts, your not going to find
them get any better than 20% off when you order 7 or more shirts.
The shipping is also frozen at 8.50 no matter how many shirts you
order.

Why are 5X through 10X shirts
limited to Black or White?
We have searched everywhere
trying to find a wholesale outlet for colored shirts for our larger
customers. For now, we haven't been able to find any. It's only
recently that Black was added as a choice. The search will not end
until a source is found. If you'd like to be notified of our success
with this, sign the guest book on the home page and you'll be
informed of all events and that would definitely be one of them. If
you know of a place, please let us in on it.

Why does the Quantity not work on
some shirts?
The Change Quantity function on
some shirts is shut off because your purchasing a design that has
been discontinued and were running out. By disabling that function
for the discontinued designs, we stand a chance at deleting the item
before it's oversold. When the quantity gets down to under 3 dozen,
they'll only be available on eBay. The plans for
requesting a discontinued item to be put up for bids is right around
the corner. Sign the guest book and you'll be notified when that
happens. If a design should happen to be oversold, you'll have an option of receiving
a full refund or a credit on your next order. Please don't try buying
the same shirt over and over. If you ask, we'll tell you how many
are left and you can secure them if you wish. The design will be
deleted and you'll own them all.

Do you offer insurance?
This is something we never
really understood. T-shirts and Sweatshirts don't normally break in
the mail. If you need the package insured for some reason, send an
email request. We'll get a figure from the post office for the
amount your order comes to, and you can PayPal the extra or add it
to your Check or Money Order. Insurance starts at 1.30 for up to
50.00 value.

What is your guarantee?
This one is simple. You get a
100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if your not happy with
your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund
or replacement. The only catch is, you pay the return shipping if
you ordered the wrong size or the wrong design (it's happened). If
the shirt is defective in any way, your shipping expenses will be
reimbursed, and included with your replacement or refund. We will not PayPal the shipping costs
ahead of time. This has been done in the past and the return was
never made. Then the person just gets a different email address and
you never hear from them again. Just so you know, my entire staff is
trained in Quality Control and shirts are tossed aside whenever
anything is noticed that isn't perfect.

What are your specials?
There are plans of many
exciting things happening here at TenBucTees. Sign the guest book to
be informed of them as they arrive. Free Shipping will make an
occasional appearance. So will deep discounted designs. When the
Holidays get here, Gift Wrapping will be installed and your orders
will be sent to wherever you want them to go with a choice of card
and wrapping paper. As more specials are considered, you'll be the
first to know.

Why
didn't my Shopping Cart order go through?

be sent until PayPal confirms payment.
